The 2014 Weekend of Compelling Ales & Whatnot (#WOCAAW) is straight up compelling!!! It’s three full days of off-centered ales with many rare ones in the mix, Randall Jr. infusions, amazing beer infused and inspired foods, brewery tours (check out our new warehouse and bottling line), small batch brewing demonstrations, and hanging with groovy Dogfish co-workers. Here’s a little sampler of what to expect at the brewery on Saturday, March 8th:
15 Dogfish Head Craft Ales (and some w/ awesome food pairings) available for sample from your own 2014 WOCAAW mini English pint glass.
- 2013 Worldwide Stout paired with aged Cabot clothed-bound cheddar
- 2014 Noble Rot (alongside Noble Rot aged on wood)
- 2013 120 Minute IPA paired with buttermilk blue cheese.
- Aprihop paired with Dogfish Brown Honey Rum bananas foster and ice-cream
- A Randall Jr. station of infusion, say what? Think of an omelet-station of beer infusion.
- A Namaste Randallization in the tasting room.
- And a whole bunch more.
