Weekend of Compelling Ales & Spirits
Have you missed us? Because we sure have missed you! We’re excited to announce that Weekend of Compelling Ales & Whatnot is back … only this time it’s sporting a slightly more ‘spirited’ name! After a two-year hiatus and now the Weekend of Compelling Ales & Spirits, you better believe that #WOCAAS will STILL be straight up compelling, offering new beers, cocktails, food pairings, VIP offerings and a very special collaborating partner.
With the main event happening at our Milton brewery on Saturday, May 7, 2022, you’ll find those obscurities and rarities you’ve come to know and love, as well as a boatload of more goodies. Speaking of obscurities … this year we’ve teamed up with the ever-curious minds of Gastro Obscura – A food adventurer’s guide from the venturesome crew at Atlas Obscura.
Not only will your palate explore a myriad of beverage concoctions, you’ll have the chance to taste your way through the event with beer-centric inspired food pairings prepared by our talented culinary teams at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats and the Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen. Oh, and did we mention the weekend happenings across all our coastal Delaware locations?

- This is a 21+ event.
- We LOVE dogs, but they can not come to WOCAAS.
- The Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton will be closed to the public day of WOCAAS.
- This is a rain or shine (or snow) happening - so come prepared!
