FRIDAY, JANUARY 12:
The Spirited Weekend kicks off with a Friday happy hour hosted by the Distilling Team at Striper Bites located just behind the INN from 5:30-7:00 p.m. The first Moscow Mule is on us! After that, you are invited for a Fireside Chat with Sam! We do not sell spirits or beer at the Dogfish Inn so guests are invited to bring & share around the fire.
SATURDAY, JAN 13:
A 12:30 p.m. Dogfish Inn departure for a tour of all things spiritual up in Milton, DE. Guests will see the entire Grain tot Glass distillation process hosted by Distillery Manager James Montero and Lead Distiller Graham Hamblett. The tour starts in the brewery and includes a few behind the scenes stops and samples on our way into the distillery. In addition guests will receive a limited edition Rum Cask Whiskey Gift Box. Some serious goodness here, folks! Guests will have time to check out our tasting room & receive a promo code for discounts on any spirit purchased at the shop in Milton. Then, it's off to our J Beard Nominated Chesapeake & Maine restaurant in Rehoboth…
A mixology demonstration with one of our Master Jedi Mixologist at Dogfish Head's Chesapeake & Maine. Enjoy a delicious munchie to share while our mixologist creates a custom cocktail just for you! (Did we mention our cocktail program at C&M is James Beard award nominated?)
Then you are on your own, invited to enjoy dinner at Chesapeake & Maine or Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats next door ( guests will receive a discount on dinner at either location).
Scheduled Van/Bus returns to Inn 7:30 p.m., but folks are free to stay in town and check out live music at Brewings & Eats. You will receive a $15 Uber code to get back to Lewes safe and sound.
SUNDAY, JAN 14:
Checkout at 11 a.m. Go home full of goodness!
We will be offering specials to those Spirited Weekend Guests that want to take advantage and stay an extra day (Monday is MLK Day)!
